Most sessions are scheduled for 1 hour.
Some services run 90 minutes — please book a 2‑hour slot (two back‑to‑back sessions) to allow enough time.
If you have any issues booking a 90‑minute session, simply email me directly and I’ll assist you in finding an available time.
